*Clinicians must participate in the Guided Surgery Hands-on course (8CE) or undergo a personalized 1-on-1 session with a DIO representative prior to the Mexico course.

Head Instructor

Dr. Eugene Kim, DDS

Dr. Eugene Kim is a graduate of the UCLA School of Dentistry and a Board-Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology. He also holds Diplomate and Fellowship status with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Kim has performed over 1,000 guided implant surgeries, earning recognition as the 2019 Best Case Winner in North America by peer dentists.

In addition to private practice, Dr. Kim serves as a clinical advisor and instructor for DIO Digital Academy and has taught at UCLA’s Restorative Department. As an experienced implantologist, he brings deep clinical insight and hands-on expertise to the DIO Mexico Live Surgery program.
